How to make candles as favors, or where to get them for cheap?
I am trying to make candles (theme Garden) as favors for a special occasion. I'm trying to find out how -and- what materials are needed to make them? I want to make small candles specifically the color and scent I want? where can I order the supplies? about how much is needed to make about 80 small candles? would it be cheaper to order them wholesale?
I buy my candles from ebay.
