Should I try to contact my ex-husbands wife's superior officer since he is $10,000 behind in Child support?
I know that the military usually frowns upon this type of thing (being behind in CS) but he's not the one in the military, his wife is. Should I find some way to contact her superior officer? Do they care about what he does since they are married? If they do care how would I go about contacting someone? They live in Portales NM.
By the way, I have been going through Social Services since the beginning and they have sone nothing for me. This is just me grasping at straws. I'm not trying to attack her. I just dont know what else to do. Why should she be left alone anyway? She married him knowing how he is and knowing that he never pays child support. That makes her just as bad as him.
No. You should really contact an attorney. There are many in the Albuquerque area that would be glad to answer some basic law questions such as this one. I would personally suggest mediation as it might end better but to each their own style. If you're worried about cost for this type of question -- don't be. Most will give you a straight forward answer and some might even go pro-bono.

If nothing else, someone there might be able to refer you to a good family related conflict attorney. I know that Lynn Billings used to be one (as it says on that site) but you'd have to make sure. Hope that helps, don't let him get away with this.
