i want ducks!!!(or pheasants;)!?
ok here's the deal. this year i raised guinea fowl and chickens (awesome!!!) but my guineas were eaten by coyote and my chickies by dogs .... anyway... this year i want to raise pekin ducks and/or golden pheasants! but the problem is...I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO GET THEM!!! please help!

I would highly recommend a chicken coop before you add more birds to your flock. We had the same issue with predators with both phesants and quail. We now have 2 full grown ducks, 2 almost grown chickens and 3 Muscovey ducklings. We are almost finished building a hen house for them all to live in. Chickens and ducks are fine together.

for around $1100-$1400 or build one yourself for about $600-$800.
