Gourds Lots
how to make pickled vegetables?
got lots of bitter gourd and i want to make it pickled..
Wash the vegetables thoroughly and cut it into desired length and/or shape.
Sprinkle it with salt according to your taste. Add more if you want it more salty.
Place it in a resealable poly bag, making sure that most of the air in the bag is removed.
Keep it refrigerated overnight and in the morning you can already eat it as garnish or appetizer. You can also add it in your sandwiches.
