not ostrich or maribou ,
more like long eagle or hawk feathers .
Look for people who raise exotic birds - when I was visiting relatives in WI, the neighbors came by and took us on a tour of their farm - they raise all sorts of birds for sale from small ptarmigan to swans. As a side business, they sell the feathers that they get from the molt. A quick google of your area should find someone who is raising birds.
