Dram Glass
Is this a proper Friday Night poem?
How’s about another round,
a pint for me and Jim,
So we can hold each other tight,
and sing a Holy hymn,
We promise not to spill a drop,
or splash over the rim,
we’ll not have an angry word,
or tell a story grim,
How’s about a glass stout,
before we tip our brim,
or perhaps a dram of malt,
not for me, for him.
I can assure you my Jim(my) would want more than just a pint!
Don't know what a dram is....you are so worldly!
