Can I use two 26 cent postcard stamps as first class postage?
I need to mail my mother's day card and don't have any 41 cent stamps but a bunch of 26 cent postard stamps. Can I just use two of those? I don't care about the 11 cents wasted.
any postage stamps will do as long as the total is correct....really want to screw with them..put 41 1cent stamps on the envelope
