Baptism Party
Do I invite the Priest over to my house after the baptism for the party?
I've never met the Priest as I'm a new member to the Church. He's the only Priest at our church. He'll be conducing our son's baptism, and I'm not sure if I'm obligated to ask him to our home afterwards for the party or not.
Yes, it's polite to invite -- but you don't have to. What better way to get to know the priest?
